In the search results will be divided into two columns: "Related Category" and "Search Result".

5.What's the Minimum Order Quatity?
Minimum order quantity Each custom decorated item features a minimum order quantity specific to that item. Less than minimum order quantities may be available. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

6.How could I get samples?
We supply free samples if the total value under 5 US dollars.If you have a DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx Account No. and agree to pay the courier freight. 
If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, please send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T or Western Union.
7.How can the order be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 45 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 45 to 300 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
8.How to Pay for My Order?
Our usual payment terms are:

9.How to Place an order?
If everything confirmed,you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order.Or please send us your purchase order by email or fax.
We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )
10.Need I Pay Import Taxes?How much?
Probably yes. You have to know about the import duty rule of your country before placing order. As we know, many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. 
Please note: top-promotions.com can't responsible for the import duties and custom cost. As we are in China and not clear about the custom tax policy of your country, so we don"t know how to predict the import duties and other relevant cost which should pay in your country when the goods passing your country custom. 
Obviously you would like to pay tax as low as possible when the order package arrive to your country. If you have any special request of the declared value, please feel free to let us know, we will consider it and define a suitable as lower as possible declared value for the goods, we will also try our best to minimize the custom charge for you.
